I loved the hotel's great location just outside downtown and close to museums. The rooms were spacious and clean, but there was a slight smell coming from the carpet near some eateries. The service was excellent overall, except for one staff member. Dining was subpar due to ongoing oven issues, and the entrance through the apartment driveway was hard to find. However, the proximity to shops like Kroger and Target was convenient.
The hotel has clean rooms and friendly staff, with convenient computers in the lobby and a gym. However, noise can be an issue, and there seems to be a recurring problem with weird strobe lights. The value for money seems reasonable for the overall stay.
The hotel is conveniently located close to MD Anderson, which was great for our needs. The rooms had a slight stuffy smell from nearby restaurants, but overall comfortable. The service was excellent, especially with requests like the wake-up call feature. However, the dining experience was a letdown with some odd choices on the menu. The location was good overall, but it closed early for a weekend stay.
